Co-Owner: Thomas P. McDonnell, III
Mr. McDonnell has been President and Director of Private Investment Management, Inc., in Jackson, Mississippi since 1990. During the same period, Mr. McDonnell has served as President and Director of LeFleur Transportation of Jackson, Inc., in Jackson, Mississippi and its affiliates. Since 1994 he has been a U-Save franchisee, and he currently operates three U-Save franchises in the greater Jackson area.
Mr. McDonnell became Chief Executive Officer and Director of U-Save in 1996, and served as President of U-Save from 1999 to 2003. In December of 2003 he became Co-Chief Executive Officer. He is also President and Director of U-Save Holdings, Inc., located in Jackson, Mississippi.
Since November 2006, he has served as Co-CEO of Franchise Services of North America Inc., a Canadian business corporation.
President: Chris Winslow
Mr. Winslow started out his career as a diplomat working with both the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce. He then went back to school (MBA: Denver University) and began what has turned out to be a long career in franchising. He has worked on most sides of the franchising equation; franchisor, franchisee and even Master Licensee and has served as a Regional Manager, Director, V.P. Managing Director and President working with varied franchise concepts.
He has been responsible for directing and managing all aspects of businesses from overseeing start-ups to serving on the management team of publicly listed companies. Assigned broad global P&L responsibility, he has been in charge of operating budgets ranging from $1 to $90 million and has had sales and business development experience on 5 continents with companies such as UPS, FedEx, JC Penney, EBay, Xerox, American Express and Microsoft.
He has had the pleasure of living and working in Morocco, Venezuela, Belgium, Greece, Hong Kong, China, and the United Kingdom though during his career, he has been charged with the responsibility for sales and operations on 5 continents in over 60 countries.
